2. Products & pricing. We make reasonable efforts to display our products, pricing, and descriptions accurately. Colors and packaging may vary slightly. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices, products, or promotions at any time without notice.

3. Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or ordering in quantities that suggest resale, and to limit quantities. If we cancel an order, we'll refund any payment made.

4. Product use. SPINX is a surface care product intended for cleaning and protecting pickleball paddle faces. Use it only as directed on the label and our instructions. SPINX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any paddle manufacturer or sports organization.

5. Intellectual property. All content on this site — including the SPINX name, logo, text, images, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to PICTEK Inc. and may not be copied or used without written permission.

6. Disclaimers. Our products and site are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PICTEK Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
