30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If SPINX isn't doing what we promised, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. The bottle can be used or unused — we would rather you tried it.

Return shipping is $6.95, and it is deducted from your refund. There are no restocking fees and no questions designed to talk you out of it.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and we will send return instructions. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us — we need to give you the right address.

Refund timing

Once your return arrives, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, or it isn't what you ordered, email us with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full — no return shipping fee in that case. That is on us, not on you.

Orders placed through Amazon are covered by Amazon's return policy, not this one. Start those returns from your Amazon orders page.
