Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your SPINX kit. If you're not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price — used or unused.

How it works

• Email us at hello@spinxpro.com with your order number to start a return.
• Return the kit (bottle, sponge, microfiber, and pouch) within 30 days of delivery.
• Once we receive it, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
• No restocking fees.

Return shipping

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked, prepaid method — we can't refund items that don't reach us.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, that's on us — email hello@spinxpro.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund (including any return shipping) at no cost to you.
