03Why work with us
Put it at the paddle rack, not the register. A player holding a new $200 paddle is the customer — this is an attach sale to that decision, not an impulse grab at checkout.
The paddle is the investment
$150–250 is a normal paddle now. Members who spend that already buy a cover and a case — protecting the face is the same instinct, and nobody has offered it to them yet.
Care is already the culture
The wipe-down between games, the cover on the way to the car. Looking after your gear is how players signal they take the sport seriously.
You carry no risk
The 60-day buy-back is written into the order, not promised in a conversation.
We're local
Hand delivery and restock in two business days. No freight account, no pallet minimum. Your pros get kits at cost, and a counter card comes with the first order so staff have nothing to learn.
No exclusivity asked for and none given. Either side can end the trial at any time.
04What we ask in return
Two things, and neither costs you anything.
- One short video at your facility. We film it — your courts, your pro if they're willing, a couple of minutes of their time. You get the clip to use however you like.
- A word at the paddle rack. When a member is deciding on a new paddle, your staff mention there's a way to keep the face the way it is. That's the entire pitch, and it's the moment it lands.
05Terms
- Buy-back: unsold units at 60 days are repurchased at what you paid, or exchanged for equal value — your choice. Unopened and saleable.
- Payment: on delivery for the trial. Net 30 from the second order. Card link or check; W-9 on request.
- Pricing: $39.00 MSRP and minimum advertised price. Reorder minimum six units.
- Sales tax: not charged with a valid Florida Annual Resale Certificate on file.
