How to talk about it

  • It protects the grit you already have. Factory grit, kept factory-fresh.
  • Prevention, best from day one. The earlier it goes on, the more there is to protect.
  • Water and a cloth after that. Nothing harsh, nothing abrasive, ever.
  • Safe on carbon fiber and Kevlar. The question you will get asked most.

What SPINX isn’t

  • It is not a repair. It protects the grit that is there and cannot bring back what is gone. On a paddle played for months it still protects from here on.
  • It does not add spin. SPINX keeps the factory grit clean and protected. That is the claim, and it is the only one to make on camera.

Before you apply

Watch the two-minute how-to first. Two things people get wrong: skipping the pre-clean on a paddle that’s already been played, and applying only once on day one — treat each side twice.
